COACHING

We will coach you on stage presence and teach you posing and choreograph your routine. Personal training is also available to bring out the muscle for the competition. We will prepare you mentally for all the stages of competing.

Posing Class

Posing classes are held on Sunday evenings at the Dance Techniques Dance Studio at 62 Wall Street, Spencer, Ma 01562. The studio is in an old restored train station. Please email or call 508-826-1785 for times and to reserve a place. Cost per class is $10.00

Routine Choreography

We will create a special routine to the music of your choice. Choreography cost $20.00

Personal Training

$25.00 per session, on going training is negotiated. If we go to your gym for training you must pay the guest fee at your gym for the trainer..
