About Us
My name is Paul Gleason and I’m a master’s champion competitive pro bodybuilder holding the title of Mr. Manhattan & Mr. Massachusetts. I’m also a cancer survivor with diabetes and arthritis. I operate The Body Building Center in Spencer Massachusetts preparing people to compete in bodybuilding, physique, bikini, figure and fitness competitions. My passion is bodybuilding and I love to introduce people into the sport and putting together a competition team is a true joy for me. I even train people internationally having trained Mr. Israel, Mr. Ireland, Mr. India, Mr. Europe and currently men in India, Pakistan and Europe. I also try and get my competition team members a sponsorship from supplement companies and fitness wear and equipment companies to help defray the cost of a healthy fitness life style and competitions. I have been featured on international pod-casts and magazines concerning what The Body Building Center has to offer all people.
